Steering stop BMW K100 fork conversion S1000RR

When converting the front of the BMW K-models (K75, K100, K1100, K1) and using the USD fork of a BMW S1000RR, the original steering stop on the frame no longer works.

It is prohibited in Switzerland by law to remove something from the frame, drill new holes or weld. The same applies to our DTC certificate for the front conversion of the BMW K-Series. The original fork bridge of the BMW S1000RR must not be drilled, welded or modified!

For this reason, we have developed appropriate steering stops that work perfectly in combination with the USD fork. The steering stop terminals are screwed to the original frame of the K-series below the tank. The screwed-on rubber protects the fork from harder blows and prevents contact on the original tank. The steering stops have been designed in such a way that the steering impact is as large as possible.

The set includes 2 steering stops, one piece each for the right and left side of the frame:
